Telangana Budget 2025-26: Welfare measures for every section

The Congress government of Telangana has presented a budget of ₹3,04,965 crore for the financial year 2025-26. The state's Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka presented this budget in the Assembly, in which marriage, education, farming, and rural progress have been given prime importance.

A provision of ₹24,439 crore has been made for the farming sector. Under this, “Raithu Bharosa Yojana” will be implemented, in which the farmer will get investment support of ₹12,000 per acre and a bonus of ₹500 per quintal for better paddy.

A budget of ₹31,605 crore has been fixed for Panchayati Raj and Rural Development, while ₹23,108 crore has been fixed for the Education Department.
