Chief Justice of India (CJI) Justice Sanjiv Khanna Visits Tirumala Temple

Chief Justice of India (CJI) Justice Sanjiv Khanna on Sunday offered prayers to Sri Venkateswara Swamy during his maiden visit to the Tirumala temple. TTD Executive Officer J Shyamala Rao and Additional Executive Officer Ch Venkaiah Chowdhary warmly welcomed the Chief Justice at the Mahadwaram.

The temple priests gave him a traditional welcome, amid chanting of Vedic mantras, and escorted him to the temple. After the darshan, the Chief Justice was presented with Sesha Vastram and then Vedasarvachanam at the Ranganayakula Mandapam. The TTD EO presented theertha prasadam and a laminated photo of Srivaru to the distinguished dignitary.
